The best way to get in touch with us is by clicking “Get A Quote” any where on our site. We will then send you a brief questionnaire requesting some additional information about your project before setting up an on-site quote.
Free On-Site Quote
During our free on-site quote, we will thoroughly inspect your basement and go through a list of options and requirements for your project. We take an educational approach with our clients and seek to provide as much information as we can to ensure that you get the best basement possible!
During this quote we will draw a preliminary floor-plan so that you can start to see how the space will work.
We will then send you a formal quote and proposal for you to consider.
Pre-Construction Walk-Through
Once you have accepted our proposal we will either have you send back our signed contract or will meet you for signing. Our project manager will then begin making preparations for your project. During this walk-through they will go over all aspects of the job again, and then prep your project with:
Runners laid down from entrance to top
of basement stairs to protect main-floor.
Coded front door lock box for access.
We will need you to provide a key.
Project sign put up on front yard. From there we will prepare the permit application and start ordering materials!
