Turn Your Basement Into Rental Income

A legal secondary suite is a self-contained home within your home — its own kitchen, entrance, and living space — that you can rent out with confidence. We build to the City of Calgary's code: a separate entrance, egress windows, fire separation, independent heating, and every permit handled end to end, right through to registration on the City's Secondary Suite Registry.

Qualifying suites can also access up to $10,000 through the City's incentive program. We'll walk you through what your basement can become.
