By every measure that matters, ReImagine was healthy — proven since 2011, a 4.9-star reputation, a team clients name by name. But the world, and the tools available to a builder, changed faster than the trades industry did.
So for the better part of a year, mostly out of sight, we planned, tested, and rebuilt — asking of every system not “how has this always been done?” but “how should this work in 2026 and beyond?”
And we did it ourselves. The rebuild was led entirely in-house, shaped by every member of the team who'd actually use it — so every piece was built by someone who'd have to stand behind it. That's a big part of why it works.
