Financeit is a financing platform built for home improvement. It turns your basement into manageable monthly payments instead of one large bill — and because Financeit only pays us once your basement is complete and you've signed off, you pay nothing during the build. We keep it simple and stick to their straightforward monthly plans, not gimmicky short-term promos.

What That Looks Like Monthly

When you finance, we add a flat $500 financing fee— it covers our cost of carrying your job (materials, trades, and the interest we pay) while we're building, since we're not paid until it's complete. Everything else in your fixed-price quote stays exactly the same.
