We do charge a bit more for projects outside Calgary — typically $500–$1,000 more for jobs in Airdrie, Okotoks, and Chestermere, to cover the extra travel time and the differences in each municipality's permitting. We may be able to take on nearby rural or acreage projects depending on location and specifics (travel, and acreages can have different permitting and septic/well considerations). Do you do basements in condos or townhomes?

Accepted Answer

We primarily do basements in single-family homes. Most often a condo or townhouse basement is simply too small to make sense against our $40,000 minimum project size — and they can carry added complications like shared structures and condo-board approvals. If you're unsure, tell us about your unit and we'll give you an honest answer on whether it's a fit.
