When you hire a company to build your basement, you're really hiring people — so it helps to know who does what. A basement build runs smoothly when every role is covered by someone accountable: design, construction, scheduling, permits, and the leadership that ties it together. Bo — Founder
Bo built ReImagine Builders from the ground up, and the whole philosophy comes from him: fixed price, $0 deposit, permitted work, and doing it right. His story is the foundation the company is built on, and the standards he set shape every project.
Oscar — Design
Oscar leads design. He's the one who sits with you, understands how your household actually lives, and designs a space you'll love — which you get to see before it's built. Great design up front is what makes the finished basement feel right and the build run smoothly.
Josh — Construction
Josh runs the field and construction — the actual building. He and the crew turn the design into your finished basement, and he's responsible for the quality of the work both behind the walls (framing, waterproofing, mechanicals) and out front (the finishes you see and touch).
Peggy — Scheduling & day-to-day
That's me. I handle the day-to-day and scheduling — keeping your project moving, keeping you updated through a single point of contact, and making sure the trades arrive in the right order. The schedule we build before breaking ground is what I keep on track once we start.
Kloe — Office & permits
Kloe runs the office and handles permits and the legal-suite side — the permit applications, the code details, and the paperwork — so you don't have to navigate the city yourself.

The point of introducing everyone is simple: these are real, named people, and each role is accountable. When you call, you're talking to the team building your basement, not a call centre. Day-to-day communication runs through a single point of contact who keeps you updated on what's happening this week and what's next, so you're never chasing information or repeating yourself to different people. Behind that, the named team each owns their part — design, construction, scheduling, and permits.
